At Al-Kasaba Theatre in Ramallah, Pulse Before Birth made its debut, an evocative performance blending theatre, circus, and contemporary dance. The piece takes us to the edge of birth, where fear meets hope, and a haunting question remains: Does the pulse truly begin, or fade before it starts?
Directed by Ranin Odeh, who received Mishkal grant, the show brought together a talented creative team of performers, a writer, and technicians.
We’re proud of Ranin’s first production, a bold step that embodies Mishkal’s mission: empowering Palestinian artists to bring their ideas to life.
Listen to Ranin talks about her creative journey here.
